I saw this little plant on my hurried walk to a meeting this week. We’ve been working long hours in a role I’m not yet comfortable with and this little plant summarized exactly what we all need to see sometimes – a reminder to grow and persevere without the ideal environment.
What can help you grow? Well, I firmly believe a positive attitude is 90% of success, and if you show up ready to contribute with your energy, your ideas, and a willingness to solve problems everything tends to fall into place over time. (your momentum will be unstoppable)
It may not FEEL like growth sometimes, but I promise your team will gravitate towards this energy and you will push through that asphalt.
